A car dealer in Rochester offered a $1,000 reward, a $1,000 reward, and a $1,000 reward for information that led to the arrest of the car thief.

An edited safety video posted by First City Cars on its Facebook page shows a man walking into a parking lot on Milton Road and entering a building on October 30. After entering the building, he was using his cell phone to talk to someone while he was looking for things around. Then he got into a silver 2016 Chevrolet Malibu LT, started it and drove off.

The dealer stated in the comments that no dealership card was lost and the man in the video was also seen trying to enter the house next door.

The dealer stated that the Rochester police were located behind an abandoned building in Wakefield, but the person in the video has not been found yet and the reward is still valid.
