Entering their second dinner service, Episode 3 of Hell's Kitchen Season 19 begins to show the differences between the chefs. Although it is the early days of the journey to Hell's Kitchen, there are many lessons to be learned from Gordon Ramsay. Can these chefs withstand the pressure?

In the second episode, the blue team eliminated two chefs, and the chefs were slightly nervous. Even in the early stages of a cooking competition, the pressure of performance was great. Cracks and tension began to appear.

For the first challenge, the chef must remake Gordon Ramsay's Caesar Salad. Although his recipe may be different from the original recipe at Caesars Hotel, it is a highly regarded salad served in many of his restaurants.

Although the challenge is entertaining, the chef uses a scooter to provide Caesar salad, but the focus of this challenge is obvious. Can the chefs follow Gordon Ramsay's demonstration to perfectly recreate his salad?

As mentioned earlier, every challenge has a real and important purpose. This is not just a stupid game. Observing these chefs effectively and skillfully making this Caesar salad can play a role in the elimination process.

In the end, the red team made the most salads in the fastest time. They won the reward, a dune buggy adventure.

The blue team was punished and peeled quail eggs in exchange for scotch egg ingredients during dinner service.

When the red team embraces the high-energy adventure, the blue team seems to be showing some tension in their kitchen. Although they may break too many eggs when they try to peel those delicate quail eggs, character disputes have begun to appear. Who is the Alpha Chef in this Hell's Kitchen?

When the red team returned from the award, Fabiola appeared to have a health problem. As this health incident shows, competitive pressure will affect these chefs. Hell's Kitchen is far from your typical chef job.

As the dinner service began, all the chefs, including Fabiola, came to the kitchen. Since the game is still in its early stages, there are some wrong steps in the appetizer process. The blue kitchen ordered by mistake, cooked scallops, and the wardrobe was malfunctioning. (Let us hope Drew can find his belt).

There is also a problem with the red kitchen. Fabiola strives to deliver edible flat bread to the pass. From never-cooked dough to burnt crust, flatbread seems harder than it looks.

At one point, it seemed that all the chefs were helping to place orders.

Blue Kitchen seems to have found its best shape, while Red Kitchen continues to struggle. The meat station, including Lauren and Jordan, looks like a deer under the headlights. Whether it is a lack of communication or a lack of understanding, the station is sinking rapidly.

Once, Ramsey joked that the duck was only one step away from Gaga, because it was too raw. From tension to chaos, it seems that the red team is not ready to execute. Maybe all the time in dessert makes them feel tired.

After making too many mistakes, the red team was told to leave the kitchen. The service was not completed on the other side of the restaurant. It is unclear whether Chef Ramsey or Chef Christina completed the dinner at the chef's table. The red team definitely did not win a medal in the dinner service.

The blue team completed their service and was praised by Chef Ramsay. After a slow start, the cooks recovered. It will be interesting to see if this trend can continue.

When the red team wanted to nominate two chefs for elimination, it was clear that the decision was not based on what happened during the dinner service. It is about personality, or it may be jealousy.

The red team chose to nominate Nikki and Lauren for elimination. When Chef Ramsay heard these choices, he was unhappy even with reasoning. Although the red team believed that Nicky could not run a brigade and Lauren lacked communication, the two chefs did not cause the downfall of the service.

Instead, chef Ramsey proposed Fabiola and Jordan. Fabiola has been criticized for its poor execution and lack of details (willing to put the burnt flatbread on the pass). Jordan was nominated for his raw duck and lack of teamwork.

In the end, Fabiola was eliminated in the third episode of Hell's Kitchen Season 19. As Chef Ramsey said, although she has passion, she does not have the other ingredients he wants. Passion is not enough to win a position.

The bigger lesson learned from Hell's Kitchen Season 19, Episode 3 is the warning from Chef Ramsey. He mentioned that Hell's Kitchen is a journey, and chefs need to take this process seriously. If they choose to nominate a chef with no merit, he will point it out.

One quality that chef Ramsay wants is for chefs to evaluate their employees. Although personality helps teamwork, the kitchen is not for making friends. This is a business.
